The library's prompt and effective services are in sync with the changing needs of the academic research community which is moving towards the electronic resources such as e-books, e-journals and databases, etc.

Library is an invaluable resource for participants, faculties and researchers at NIPER Raebareli. The library has built a collection of more than 1000 books, subscription to print / e journals & magazines, newspapers, many other resources like student's semester project reports and final semester dissertations.

QuillBot, an academic writing platform that helps users enhance their writing skills and productivity at every stage of the writing process. It offers a range of features and benefits like, Paraphrasing and Sentence Expansion, Grammar and Plagiarism Checks, Vocabulary Enhancement, Writing Fluency and Coherence, Citation Generator etc.

The Library provides an IRINS facility for NIPER Raebareli academic community. It displays the Institute's scholarly publication of the faculty members and research scholars. The IRINS fetches the data from Scopus ID, Orcid ID, Google scholars, Research ID etc.

The Library uses SOUL software package which is an integrated library management system that supports all in-house operations of the Library. The SOUL consists of modules on acquisition, cataloguing, circulation, serials, OPAC. The two different levels of automation which needs to be highlighted are as follows:

• OPAC for easy access by users
• House-keeping operations and networking

The database of books available in the Library is being updated on day to day basis with details of recently acquired books. Records of all the library patrons have also been created in the SOUL web opac.
