To acquire knowledge required for research and innovation in the field of neuropharmacology, nanomedicine, and nanotoxicology. Application of nanotechnology for the diagnosis and treatment of brain diseases and disorder like Alzheimer’s, Parkinsons and Multiple sclerosis. Working in the area of toxicology: Acute and sub-acute, chronic toxicity assays, reproductive toxicology, immunotoxicity, and neurotoxicity. Our lab is also working in nanotheranostics for the neurodegenerative diseases as well as for environmental toxins (metals/organophosphates) induced toxicities. in-vitro and in-vivo animal models of neurodegenerative diseases using nanotheranostics approaches including animal imaging to study the molecular mechanisms of the disease.
